Use of the App
By using the LEASE Tracker app you agree to these Terms of Use.
You may only use the app in compliance with applicable laws.
Subscriptions and purchases
The LEASE Tracker Pro subscription and the one-time ad-removal purchase renew automatically and are managed exclusively through the App Store or Google Play.
Cancellations, renewals, and refunds are governed by the terms of the respective store (Apple/Google) — the developer cannot process or refund payments directly.
Accuracy of data
Mileage overviews, projections, and limit-overage alerts are estimates only, based on the data you enter.
The app does not guarantee you will avoid lease overage penalties — final responsibility for verifying the actual odometer reading and your contract terms rests with you.
Liability
The app is provided “as is” without any warranties.
The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
Intellectual Property
All content and code of the app are protected by copyright.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify the app without the author’s consent.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The updated version will always be published on our website with the effective date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the EU.
